Music is a vital part of
Ridgeview’s worship and ministry, and we offer a variety of opportunities for

Chancel Choir, rehearsals 7:30pm – 9:00 pm Wednesdays

This group provides anthems,
special music and hymn support for our traditional Sunday worship services, as
well as seasonal services such as Maundy Thursday, Christmas Eve and others. Music styles include classical, traditional,
contemporary, spiritual and gospel. Past
works include Handel’s “Messiah”, the Faure “Requiem”, Robert Ray’s “Gospel
Mass”, the Rutter “Requiem” and a library of over 200
stand-alone works. Ages 14 and up are
welcome – no auditions necessary! Please
contact the Director of Music, Lane Lively, if you’re interested in joining!
Cross Ties,
rehearsals 4:15pm – 5:15pm Sundays
This praise band provides
musical support for our contemporary worship services on Sunday evenings at
5:30pm. Instrumentation includes guitar,
piano, flute, and percussion, and music styles include contemporary, folk and
original works. Cross Ties also assists
with traditional services on a regular basis, as well as supporting Youth
Sunday. This group also ranges in age
from 14 up! Contact Carey Newton for information on joining Cross Ties.
A Joyful Noise, rehearsals 11:45am – 1:00pm Sundays 
Our multi-generational handbell choir includes ringers of all ages and experience
levels, from beginning adults to seasoned youth ringers! Contact the Director, Jeannine Caldwell, if you're interested in making a joyful noise with us!.
